 Meditation and Discussion
Saturdays  9:30am - 10am coffee/tea;
10am - 11am silence/sharing

Meditation is a practice which focuses on a sound, object, visualization, breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth. The Meditation Group is a community which supports and encourages one another on this journey of life. It is an open and affirming community which meets every Saturday morning: 9:30-10 coffee/tea, 10-11 meditation and sharing. This group is facilitated by a variety of participants. Contact us to sign up for our weekly email to know the subject of the week and other upcoming events.
Donations are accepted for future spiritual opportunities. All are welcome.

Connecting with the sacred

Sharing, Expanding and Growing

In addition to our Progressive Sunday service, we also offer other opportunities through our Spirituality Center.  We invite everyone to explore our activities, programs, groups and special events.  Find something that speaks to you. Looking for something specific, or have an idea to share? Please, contact us.  No matter who you are or where you are on your life's journey, you are welcome here.

Labyrinth

Always available

A labyrinth is a single path which leads to a center and out again. It is a way to walk and reflect on our own spiritual path. This is a self-guided experience that is open to the community. The labyrinth is located on the southwest corner of the church lawn.

A Course In Miracles

Thursdays 5:45pm-6:45pm

The course does not aim at teaching the meaning of love, for that is beyond what can be taught. It does aim, however, at removing the blocks to the awareness of love's presence  which is your natural inheritance. The opposite of love is fear, but what is all-encompassing can have no opposite. The course can then be summed up very simply in this way: Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.
