Fourth Friday of every month 6:30pm - 7:30pm
The ancient language of drumming produces a sense of spirituality, connectedness and community. Drumming grounds us in the present moment, so stressful situations in the past and worries of the future are minimized. It is freeing and fun! There are a surplus of instruments - no experience necessary! Drumming Circle meets the 4th Friday of every month from 6:30-7:30 pm. This circle is facilitated by Terri Bergstrom.
Meditation and Discussion
Saturday's 9:30am - 10am Coffee/tea; 10am - 11am Silence/sharing
Meditation is a practice which focuses on a sound, object, visualization, breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth. The Meditation Group is a community which supports and encourages one another on this journey of life. It is an open and affirming community which meets every Saturday morning: 9:30-10 coffee/tea, 10-11 silence and sharing. This group is facilitated by a variety of participants. Donations are accepted for future spiritual opportunities. All are welcome!
Sharing, Expanding and Growing
In addition to our Progressive Sunday service, we also offer other opportunities through our Spirituality Center. We invite everyone to explore our activities, programs, groups and special events. Find something that speaks to you. Looking for something specific, or have an idea to share? Please, contact us. No matter who you are or where you are on your life's journey, you are welcome here.
Labyrinth is a single path which leads to a center and out again. It is a way to walk and reflect on our own spiritual path. This is a self-guided experience that is open to the community. The labyrinth is located on the southwest corner of the church lawn.

Yoga - Tuesday & Thursday
Chair Yoga 4:30pm - 5pm; Slow Flow 5:30pm - 6:15pm
The word yoga means to join, to link, to yoke - it is the integration of all parts of the human being - harmony at every level. Yoga is held every Tuesday and Thursday. Chair yoga is from 4:30 - 5pm and Slow Flow yoga is from 5:30 - 6:15pm. For chair yoga, poses are modified so participants do not need to get down on the floor. You are asked to wear a shoe with a non-slip sole; no mat is needed. For slow flow yoga, a series of postures are linked together to enhance mind-body-heart awareness. A mat is needed (there are some available for your use). Heidi Harrabi and Shari Mason lead these classes, and both have their 200-hour teacher training. Donations are accepted to offset teacher reimbursement and provide a monthly meal at the Salvation Army.
